Pleasant
The towel warmer rack, the comfy bed and the made-to-order hot breakfast. My request was also answered promptly by the manager and the receptionist.
On my first day, I had to find the right buses to get back from the city centre to the hotel, as I was not familiar how to walk from the city centre. I figured that out eventually but would have preferred a shorter than 20 mins walk. There is no ramp at the front of the hotel to push the luggage up or down.

A good location if you are able to walk.
The room was large and comfortable. The amenities were nice, robe and slippers, tea, coffee maker, hairdryer all provided. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. the staff was exceptionally helpful with providing information. Recommend getting the breakfast included, large continental breakfast, and specific menu to order from. I would recommend this hotel.
It is about a 30 minute walk to city center. The neighborhood you must walk through is a bit sketchy.
